ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

Currently, AIDE is offering three baccalaureate programs, which are duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Enrollment Procedures

Qualified to enroll:

1. Filipinos or foreigners who are secondary education graduate, or its equivalent.
2. Transferees from other institutions.

Checklists of Requirements:

Freshman:

Form 138 (Secondary School Report Card)
2 pcs. 2×2 pictures
Marriage contract (if married for female)
NSO copy of birth certificate
Transferee:

Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential from the last school attended (original copy)
Transcript of Records
2 pcs. 2×2 pictures
Marriage contract (if married for female)
NSO copy of birth certificate
Students in the Province:

Barangay certificate of residency
Students working/living overseas:

Employment certificate
Copy of passport with visa
Copy of passport with latest stamp of arrival (country of destination)
Copy of company ID
Copy of Iqama card (for middle east countries)
Foreign Students:

Admission is subject to existing regulations of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and other requirements herein provided.
Official Transcript of Records, duly authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs of country of origin.
For foreign students who are staying in Philippines:
—Alien Certificate of Registration

—Study permit from the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation

—A one-time payment of a foreign student fee is required.
